Inspired by Mary of the Cross MacKillop, MX Mission explores the youth ministry already possible in parish and school communities. This two-to-three-year mission invites a NET team to be embedded in your local community, where they live, minister, and invest in the young people full time.

How an MX Mission starts

  1. A wider set of doors

    The heart of MX is offering more than one way for young people to engage with their faith, so the school and the parish can draw closer, and young people can go deeper and grow in leadership.

  2. A mission charter

    After an expression of interest, we learn about your community and the opportunities for a team. That conversation becomes a Mission Charter: a vision for the team’s ministry in your schools and parishes.

  3. A fourth-quarter decision

    The final stage is signing off the formalities in the fourth quarter, so the team can begin the following year.
