Encountering Jesus
The personal journey of team members, and what it is like to respond to the invitation to encounter Jesus.
EncounterMission
Since 1988 we have offered Encounter events to schools and parishes. They are often booked as retreat days or youth groups, and they can also be youth rallies or weekend retreats. In every form they give young people the opportunity to encounter Jesus.
Under the patronage of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, Encounter Mission seeks to reveal the great capacity of our lives to love ourselves and those around us through our identity in Jesus.
Six themes a day can carry.
Encounter events can be tailored through these themes.
Hands and Feet
Social justice through leaders who have lived mercy, looking to Jesus as the source of justice and mercy.
Do This, Do That
The influences in a young person’s life, how to face peer pressure, and a follower versus leader mentality.
Steppin’ Up
Leadership as a gift God has given every person, and an invitation to live life to the full.
Road Trip
For the senior years. Faith as the key to life’s biggest decisions.
#nofilter
Self-image, and a greater awareness of each person’s goodness and uniqueness.
